Sara Hunt Harper: Business Experience

 

 

Sara Hunt Harper began her career as a public health nurse for the city of Dallas, Texas. Then followed three years as a therapist in a private psychiatric practice, where she designed and operated a biofeedback laboratory. She developed, implemented, and evaluated a behavioral program for the treatment and prevention of stress-related disorders.

In 1983, Dr. Harper opened her private practice, Stress Management Center, in Plano, Texas. She works in an independent outpatient setting in the areas of marriage and family therapy, individual and group therapy, biofeedback, EEG biofeedback, animal assisted therapy, and stress management.

The themes included issues relating to women, issues related to families, and health and therapy issues.
